My day 

5:30 a.m. Out of bed, check coffee pot (for some reason it did not run as programmed), start coffee; check email, get dressed for the gym; panic because I cannot find money-clip
Coffee, muffin, Knudsen's Morning Blend, GU (Vanilla Bean), water
Egg sandwich (whole wheat bread, two eggs, Israeli feta), a few sips of chocolate/peanut butter/banana protein shake, a little more coffee, vitamin

5:45 a.m. Drive to the gym; unpack bag, dress for workout
5:55 a.m. Cardio (bike) for 10 minutes
6:05 a.m. Begin lifting (chest)
6:40 a.m. Cardio (row) for 10 minutes
6:55 a.m. Sauna for 10 minutes
7:05 a.m. Shower, shave, dress
7:35 a.m. Drive home
7:50 a.m. Eat breakfast

Food for the rest of the day
Lunch:
Leftover penne with bleu cheese and spinach, one piece of whole wheat toast with all natural peanut butter, half a cup of coffee


Snack:
One half of a chocolate chip cookie


Dinner:
Baguette rounds with pesto, bleu cheese, and manchego; hummus, spinach, cilantro tabbouleh, and Israeli feta wrap
